Um, yes, this sounds amazing!
But here’s my burning question — we get a dozen eggs each week from our CSA and that means I am eating a lot of fried/scrambled eggs. And my one deterrent is cleaning the pan. I’ve used every pan in our kitchen but non-stick or not, it still requires A Lot of soaking/scrubbing to get it clean.
Is there a homemaking tip I just don’t know about? My mom didn’t make a lot of eggs, so there could be.
I think you may have meant to leave this comment on the last post, lady :) But for me, the only trick is that you must. wash. pots and pans immediately. Non-stick is better for me, but I try so hard not to use teflon-covered pans for high-heat things, and I agree, it’s hard on the non-nonstick pans.
That’s a beautiful beautiful photograph. Happy equinox to you too.
